This is My Teeshirt Design. I found a winter background because everything else i have is like summer time then i found a few pictures of people "jumping" and then i selected them and addes them into the background then i put on a filter and added text.

I 1st Made all the people black then i Brightened up the clouds

and then i put a filter on(Poster Edges) then i added Text.

My Tee shirt Picture.

Firstly i went into quick mask mode on the "people" then i went into the brightness and contrast. then i took some of the background out and used the eraser tool and got rid of all the little black peices out, then i made the picture grey, and then i darkened the outline of the people and the stripes in the background,
i used the feather tool then i dodged and burns some parts of the photo.

Script of changes
the first thing i did to the picture was
i went to Image size and i changed it to 200 dpi
Then i went into levels and i changed the picture to black white and grey.
then i went to curves and fixed the blacks and whites to the darkness
and lightness i wanted.
I used the Dodge and Burn tool, and i used a filter called
sharpen and i went to sharpen edges and smart sharpen
I duplicated the picture and went to "soft" layer and i used a blur filter ( Gassian)
On the Layer Menu i flattend the image
Then i did a duotone and i picked a brownish colour,
I duplicated the Image again and i went to "Lens Flare" and Lighten effect.
I also used the Vingette and i feathered it to about 36 and i had a black frame.

Script Of Changes

This is the Sunflower i photoshoped i got it from "google"
I croped the picture so it wasnt so big
I Took the background out
I put a filter in and it was called "glass"
The Filter is also on the sunflower.
Then I used curves and change the colours a little bit.
I also used the brightness and contract tool.
Then i smudged the flower and feathered it.
